3. Memberships and Payments

- Refrain from disruptive or harmful behavior. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of access to our services.
5. Liability Disclaimer Participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that Atrix Club is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred.
6. Intellectual Property All content on our Site, including text, images, and logos, is owned by Atrix Club or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Waiver and Release of Liability
Effective Date: January 1, 2021
By signing up for classes, events, or services offered by Atrix Club, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk I understand that participating in fitness activities involves risks of injury or illness, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, and other physical harm. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
2. Medical Clearance I affirm that I am in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment that would prevent me from safely participating in Atrix Club’s activities. If unsure, I will consult a physician before participating.
3. Release of Liability I hereby release, waive, and discharge Atrix Club, its employees, instructors, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of my participation in their services.
4. Indemnification I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atrix Club from any claims arising from my actions, negligence, or participation in their services.
5. Photo and Video Release I grant Atrix Club permission to use photographs or videos taken during classes or events for promotional purposes. I may opt out by providing written notice.
6. Agreement to Terms By signing below or electronically agreeing, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this Waiver and Release of Liability.
